Liability in Usage: The Author has used every possible care in the production of the spreadsheets and other documents, but accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with their use.
Particular care should be taken in the use and/or dissemination of spreadsheet generated data associated with legal standards and/or requirements, such as the concentration of alcohol or sulphur dioxide and any nutritional data to be included on product labels, along with submissions to the relevant authorities e.g., for Excise Duty payments.
The user is therefore responsible to ensure that any data and/or information that is entered into a spreadsheet or proforma document is accurate and complete. Also, further steps should subsequently be undertaken to ensure that the resulting data generated and/or information produced is valid. This is likely to require further analysis and validation (e.g., using. laboratory testing and/or auditing) to ensure accuracy and validity of the appropriate data and/or information concerned.
